Nick graduated as a Mechanical Engineer from the University of Toronto. Having worked for 3 years with a tech firm in Canada as a programmer, he returned to Hong Kong in 1992 to join the family business – Crystal Investment. Nick built the development team in China from scratch in 1992, and had since taken over the management of the company.

Nick is also a keen entrepreneur and investor in the tech industry. He co-founded "job88.com", one of the first online recruitment aggregators in China. At the time of his divestment in 2007, the site had over 3 million individual members and 250,000 companies using its service.

Jimmy brings over two decades of experience in finance and corporate management to Crystal Investment, which he joined in 2019. Throughout his career, he has worked across Hong Kong-listed companies, leading property developers, and investment platforms, with experience in corporate finance, bank financing, liquidity management, treasury operations, and strategic transformation initiatives.

He began his career with Hutchison Whampoa (China), where he developed a solid foundation in finance and corporate operations within a multinational environment. He subsequently held management roles at NWS Holdings and Sun Hung Kai Properties before joining Kerry Properties, where he served as Financial Controller of Kerry Properties China and later as Deputy Director of Finance Operations at Kerry Properties Limited. Prior to joining Crystal Investment, he was Financial Controller of Wang On Group, overseeing finance operations for the group's real estate investment and development businesses in Hong Kong and China.

Jimmy holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Otago and a Master of Science in Project Management from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He is a Fellow of CPA Australia, a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Chartered Institute of Building, and holds professional qualifications as a CPA and Chartered Construction Manager.
